Orders & Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and Akaal Sahai Legacies is established at the point we send an order confirmation email following successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in any of the following circumstances:

The details provided are found to be inaccurate or fraudulent

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. We accept a range of payment methods facilitated through Stripe, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Full payment must be received before any order is dispatched.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Orders placed before 16:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched in line with our published processing times. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to variation due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Risk & Title

The risk associated with goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with Akaal Sahai Legacies until payment has been received and cleared in full.
