Delivery within the UK

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked, with estimated delivery within 2 business days of dispatch.


Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details by email.

International orders

We ship to international destinations. Please be aware that any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges applied by your country are your responsibility. We are unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

Delays and lost orders

We do our best to get every order to you on time. Occasionally, delays occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging in a resalable state. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage is at your cost. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to swap an item, email us with your order number and details of what you need. We will confirm availability and arrange accordingly.

Items we cannot accept back

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition
  • Items returned without original packaging or protective materials
  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
  • Wearable items including the Koh-I-Noor and Lapel Pin, for hygiene reasons

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Depending on the nature of the fault and stock availability, we will arrange a replacement, carry out a repair, or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow a little additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect this on their end.
